I prefer in-person keynotes and workshop facilitation as there is a powerful energy that shows up when the cameras and filters are turned off. However, distance and budget do play a factor in the method of delivery. All options are discussed before any committment is made.
What if I'm not a leader but still interested in your services?

I have yet to meet anyone who isn't a leader. If you are a parent, you are a leader. If you care for a loved one, you are a leader. If you are someone that helps others in their times of need, you are a leader. Parents, community volunteers, coaches, teachers, early childhood educators, entrepreneurs, supervisors, managers, and executives — we are all leaders.

One Toolbox Leadership™ was born after nearly 7 years of recreating myself as a leader at work, at home, and in community. What I learned was so simple. If I stopped chasing the next best trend, the currently sought after self-help book, just one more online courses, or another wishful podcast, I focused on strengthening Four existing skills — boundaries, communication, consistency and resilience. As a result I became a better leader.
My toolbox of 4 core skills is one I carry into every role I lead, including self-leadership. No costume changes, no more wearing multiple hats which is EXHAUSTING.

Is your pricing affordable for the individual as well as for the organization?

Absolutely! I don't believe in over-priced offerings simply because "that's what everyone else is charging". I won't under-value my services, but I'll do my best to work within your budget by customizing offerings to suit your specific needs and financial limits. Not-for-profit rates available.
Preparation and delivery times depend on your specific need. I have significant library of previously created workshops and keynotes that can be used if time is of the essence. This allows delivery to happen in as little as two weeks from initial contact.
If you require a uniquely customized offering needing requiring travel outside of the Tri-Counties of Nova Scotia, I prefer a 4-6 week window for an initial needs assessment, 1-2 follow up meetings with event planners, approval of the high-level proposal, and full development and delivery.
